English Translation:
Get off using the Ibaraki Interchange.
Use route 171 and go to the south exit of Japanese National Railway, Takatsuki Station.
Park your car at the circle, in front of a store called Matsuzaka, and enter the phone booth, north of Matsuzaka, where the x is.
I’ve put a letter beneath the phone booth that’s right next to the handicap phone booth.
Follow the directions written on the letter.
